Outdoor cooking gear is expensive and the choices are confusing: gas or wood, 12 or 16 inches, griddle or grill, pellets or charcoal. Our goal is simple: explain what actually matters for how you cook, how many people you feed and how much space you have, and point out the trade-offs honestly.
