This policy explains what personal data crustandsear.com (“we”) processes, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Server logs. When you visit, our web server records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after about 14 days. Our server is hosted in the European Union.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregated statistics such as page views.
• Emails. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. If you click a link to a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer may set its own cookies on its website; that is governed by its privacy notice.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Our hosting provider processes server data on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
